1. General Agreement

By browsing or placing orders on Florence Hometex, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

2. Pricing and Currency

All catalog prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST). Shipping charges, if applicable, are computed transparently prior to order confirmation.

3. Product Representations

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display colors, textures, glazes, and proportions of our home décor pieces. Due to device screen calibrations and the organic character of handcrafted ceramics and textile weaves, slight natural variations in tone and finish may occur.

4. Order Acceptance and Verification

An order confirmation constitutes receipt of your request. Florence Hometex reserves the right to verify customer address details or cancel an order in cases of unintentional pricing errors or courier serviceability constraints.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, photography, typography, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Florence Hometex and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.
