1. Shipping Coverage

Florence Hometex delivers across all serviceable pincodes in India through premier express courier logistics partners (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees). Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take additional transit time.

2. Shipping Rates

• Orders of ₹1,999 and above: Complimentary (Free) standard PAN-India delivery.
• Orders below ₹1,999: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹99 is applied at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Timelines

Orders are verified, packed with multi-layer protective materials, and dispatched from our New Delhi hub within 24 to 48 business hours. Expected delivery timelines:
• Delhi / NCR: 2 – 3 business days.
• Metro Cities: 3 – 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 – 7 business days.

4. Fragile Packaging Guarantee

Our ceramic vases, delicate planters, and wall mirrors are cushioned using shock-absorbent honeycomb buffers and reinforced double cartons. In the event an item shows transit damage upon delivery, please document the package and notify us within 48 hours for immediate replacement.

5. Tracking Your Consignment
